The Little Church stands at the top of Spring Hill.

A charming timber building, weathered by over one hundred years, steeped in history; the traditional church and beautifully designed pavilion are tucked amongst ancient gum trees on the private two acre property.

St Mark’s Church of England was built on the site in Spring Hill in the 1890s.

The church was deconsecrated in 1958 and has since been privately owned. Now open to the public as part as the Spring Hill Peony Farm it offers a beautiful venue for private functions, weddings and events.

Spring Hill is a quiet country hamlet, with stunning views, glorious sunsets, and in Spring Peony Season – as many peonies as you can wish for. The property suits a range of functions, weddings, ceremonies, birthdays, memorials and anniversary celebrations.

The church retains its original character, whilst the new pavilion has a full kitchen, modern appliances and bathroom facilities. Catering is your choice, we are happy to share our local knowledge and expertise. The property is a unique eco venue as sustainable practices are used in every way possible. With stand alone power produced by the sun, rainwater harvested on site and waste water treatment you can be assured you are doing your bit for the environment.
